Lehrito

For language schools and colleges

Your students already use AI. Let them use it well.

The difference between pasting a text into a chatbot and actually learning is who explains the mistake. Lehrito corrects and reasons through every error instead of writing for them, and gives them somewhere to practise between classes the two skills they cannot practise alone: writing and speaking.

Administration

How you run it, step by step

The panel you will actually work in. Three screens, no training course.

  1. You issue a licence by email

Type the student address, pick a plan and a validity, and they get an activation link. If they already have a Lehrito account, the plan is attached with no further steps. The top of the screen shows how many seats you have left on each plan, and a bounced email is flagged so you can resend in one click.

Licence panel showing seats available per plan, a search box, status filters and a table of students with plan, status, class and expiry.
  2. You group them into classes

A class is a name and a shared expiry date: when the course ends, it ends for everyone without going student by student. You can still adjust any individual date, and deleting a class leaves students without a class but keeps their licence.

List of classes, each with its expiry date and the number of enrolled students.
  3. Everything is on record

Who issued, activated, revoked or resent each licence, with date and time. Filter by event type and date range, and add your own notes to any line. It is what you want when somebody asks six months later.

Activity log with date and time, event type, who performed it, who it affected and the detail.

What the log does not show

You see licence status, never what your students write or how they score. Their texts are our responsibility, not yours: you do not hold them and you do not answer for them.

Administration

Licences by class, not by spreadsheet

Assign by email

Type the student address and they get an activation link. No passwords to hand out, no accounts to create by hand.

Group by class

Each class carries its own shared expiry, so a whole course ends when it should without checking student by student.

Reassign the seat

If a student leaves, revoke their licence and the seat frees up for the next one.

It is on record

An audit log records who issued or revoked each licence and when. Useful when someone asks.

Pricing

Special volume pricing

The per-seat price falls with the number of students and the length of the agreement. Tell us your situation and we prepare a tailored quote — there is no public rate because a school of 30 and a college of 600 should not pay the same.

Before you decide

A guided demo, so you are not buying blind

An advisor walks you through the app against your own case: your languages, your levels and the kind of practice you are missing between classes. You leave knowing whether it fits, not with a feeling.

And also

What usually is not in the box

Nothing to install

Runs in the browser and installs as an app if the student wants. No device licences, no IT department in the middle.

The student does not pay

No card, no subscription on their side. The commercial relationship is with you.

Processing agreement already written

The Art. 28 GDPR annex is published and ready. Most providers make you negotiate one.

You do not hold their texts

What a student writes is our responsibility, not yours. You see licence status, never its content.

The account outlives the course

When the licence expires the student keeps their vocabulary on the free plan. Their work is not lost.

Five languages, A1 to C2

German, English, Spanish, French and Russian, with content and scoring aligned to the CEFR.
